The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) filed Item E-1410 Revisions to NCCI Manual Rules Related to the Inclusion of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Claims in Experience Rating and Merit Rating. The filing revises rules for reporting COVID-19 claims as an extraordinary loss event.

The Texas All-Payor Claims Database (APCD) will accept regular monthly claims data submissions beginning March 1 through March 7, 2023. Companies that are required to submit data must have a successful test submission completed by March 1, 2023.
