Due to the meeting restrictions of COVID, we will be having our Annual Membership Meeting online this year. The order of business will include voting on directors, reviewing TABA’s financial records and discussing the impact COVID has had on the Association.
You will receive an email with a Zoom link to join the Board of Directors. We encourage you to turn your camera on – but a voice only call is okay too.
The Membership Meeting is scheduled for:
Thursday Afternoon, August 27th at 4:30.
According to our bylaws we must have a quorum, to conduct the meeting. Our membership is made up of Companies, not individuals. Please be sure that at least one person from your company logs on to join the meeting to help us ensure a quorum.
You are invited to stay online after the meeting for happy hour with the Board. Bring your own beverage!
